licensed clinical professional counselor license has been suspended for 30 days followed by being placed on indefinite probation for a minimum of two years. Between January and February 2024, Respondent was employed as the Program Coordinator for the Lake County Illinois Health Department's Addiction Counseling Program. During this time, Patient C began to receive professional counseling services through the Addiction Counseling Program. On more than one occasion, Patient C and Respondent kissed while Patient C was receiving professional counseling. Respondent was terminated by the Lake County Health Department effective February 21, 2024. Following Respondent's termination, Patient C stayed at Respondent's home for at least two days.
