for charging a consumer an excessive price, aiding and assisting unlicensed practice by an unlicensed locksmith company whom Respondent worked for, claiming to be a locksmith when he did not have a locksmith license, and threatening the consumer that he would call the police when she refused to pay an excessive amount, charge her $175.00 per hour that he had to wait for payment, until she paid that amount.
