physician and surgeon license has been indefinitely suspended for a minimum of 18 months and fined $10,000 for engaging in unprofessional, unethical, or dishonorable conduct of a character likely to deceive, defraud or harm the public, immoral conduct in the commission of an act of sexual misconduct related to Respondent's practice and for using a false, fraudulent, and deceptive statement on his DEA renewal application.
