for respondent's failure to identify fetal distress on March 18, 2012. On or about May 1, 2017, a settlement payment in the amount of $600,000 was made by the insurance company on respondent's behalf. On or about June 23, 2017, a Medical Malpractice Payment Report was made to the National Practitioners Data Bank and set forth that respondent failed to meet the standard of care.
