dental license indefinitely suspended for a minimum of one year and effective retroactively to April 12, 2023 due to inability to practice with reasonable judgment, skill, and safety as a result of habitual or excessive use or addiction to alcohol, narcotics, stimulants, or any other chemical agent or drug.
