dental license has been suspended for 30 days beginning November 26, 2025, to be followed by being placed on probation with conditions for two years including completing 50 CE hours and fined $20,000 after Respondent improperly placed implants in a patient on or about December 30, 2022 which led to post-operative pain, numbness, swelling, and hospitalization of the patient.
