pharmacist license has been placed on probation for two years after he owned and served pharmacist-in-charge at Scott's Family Pharmacy at which, from May 1, 2015 to December 31, 2018, a total loss, by way of employee theft, of 52,383 Schedule II controlled substances and 40,251 Schedule IV controlled substances occurred.
