on or about May 2, 2017, respondent placed a catheter in the wrong patient in violation of the patient identification for clinical care and treatment policy, while working in Las Vegas, NV. On or about September 21, 2017, the Nevada State Board of Nursing issued an order that reprimanded Respondent's licensed and ordered respondent to complete continuing education courses.
