On February 21, 2018, respondent pled guilty and was found guilty of three (3) counts of obtaining controlled substances by fraud. Respondent pled guilty to knowingly or intentionally obtaining possession of a controlled substance and obtained possession of the controlled substance by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception, or subterfuge.
